OUR PHILOSOPHY

Tenet as defined by the Merriam-Webster Dictionary:
A principle, belief, or doctrine generally held to be true; especially one held in common by members of an organization, movement, or profession.

  • Safety - Our competence and ability to keep all athletes safe is our first and highest priority.
  • Community - Our athletes desire to grow and enjoy each other, Crossfit and the community we create from within.
  • Progression - There is not an end of the line as we get stronger; as we become more coordinated we learn new skills but we stick to our progressions.
  • Respect - Our athletes respect for each other, our box, and the coaching staff throughout the workout and after.
  • Integrity - The trust we place on our athletes to be honest with us and themselves about their achievements. 
  • Flexibility - Not only physical flexibility but also our own flexibility to adapt to the "unknown and unknowable".
  • Power - The power to take control of our bodies and turn them Into the machines we want them to be as well as our pursuit of power in lifting and gymnastic movements.
  • Balance - Our ability to balance our performances. Our ability to balance our life with nutrition, exercise, and play.
