B. Snatch Balance from rack: 3x3 at higher than working wt
C. Snatch pull (not high): 3x2 at 100%+
20 min Cap (not in circuit)
10 Hang snatch (~75% of A)
10 C2B pull up (S: jumping)
8 Hang snatch
8 C2B pull ups
6 Hang snatch
