Let's talk about community. We are the community and the change we want to be. I appreciate all of your guys attentiveness and willingness to trust me about weight selection for the workouts. I love when you guys willingly push yourself and strive for the next goal. We will crush our weaknesses.
We did ring dips the other day and we all realized me included that our community needs to get better at ring dips. So this month's monthly challenge will be 750 ring dips since we started the month late and did have a room for a minute.
