High Hang Clean (from Power Position), Hang Clean from above the knee, full Clean.
*The goal here is speed under the bar. From the High Hang (or Power Position), there’s very little ability to create any sort of momentum. This will force you to aggressively pull yourself under the bar. We want to maintain that same aggressive change of direction through all three lifts. If possible, all three lifts should be full squat!
