18 Single Arm KB Lungs Steps (KB at the side, in front rack, or goblet position)
*At the 9 Minutes Remaining Mark, 500m Row or 400m Run. At the 3 Minutes Remaining Mark, 250m Row or 200m Run. Score for total reps, rows/runs do not count for reps.
