50 Calorie Row (total) while your partner holds the top of a Deadlift 155#/105#
*You can only be rowing while your partner is holding at the top.
50 Hand Release Pushups (total) while your partner holds plank
*You can only perform Pushups while your partner is at the top of their plank.
50 Toe to Bar (total) while your partner hangs from the bar
*You can only perform Toe to Bar while your partner is on the bar.
60 Burpees as a team, one partner working at a time. Switch whenever you would like.
*Only perform burpees once at the end of the workout, after two rounds of everything else has been completed.
