Choose 1 of the following:
push-up, pull-up, air squat, KBS
HSPU, Wall ball, sit-up Cal. row
With a continuously running clock perform 1 rep the first min,
2 reps the second minute, 3 reps 3rd min, etc. addind 1rep/min until you cannot complete the required reps
in the given minute
*When finished rest the next minute, then perform 5 burpees on the minute until everyone is done.
* Score total rounds and reps in the last round completed.
