35 min AMRAP Each partner must do exactly 10 reps of each movement before any movement is done again, but order doesn't matter. Reps can be broken up (i.e. does not have to be all 10 at once). Only one partner works at a time. Score is total reps: Rx version: HSPU burpees goblet squats (28/20kg) pistols (5/leg) T2B goblet reverse lunges (28/20kg) Scaled version: DB push press (2x35#/2x20#) burpees goblet squats (16/12kg) step-ups (30/24") V-ups goblet reverse lunges (16/12kg)

Saturday maybe the only chance for most of us to do our work out. We have been very busy with work and Sunday maybe our only chance to go out. So Saturday it is, I think. Yet for some, they would still not give this day to themselves. Believe me the errands will never stop. If we are going to wait for our to do list to be zero, it's not going to happen. We need to start the road to our better self now, not tomorrow or next week.
