Every 2 minutes:
10 Front rack KB squats AHAP
10 Burpees over Rower
Partner 1 starts on the rower, while Partner 2
is HOLDING the KettleBells in the FRONT RACK POSITION.
When the clock hits 2 minutes, Partner 1 gets off the rower and starts their burpees.
Partner 2 is doing the 10 Front Squats at the same time.
You may switch as many times as you want.
