"Bring Sally Up" squat drill. Body weight or empty barbell
Teams of 3, alternate to complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Goblet Alternating Reverse Lunge
While teammate A is completing the couplet, teammate B is resting in the plank position and teammate C is in the hang position on a pull-up bar. Teammate A finishes the burpees, then tags out B and C to switch. B moves to the couplet, C to the plank, and A moves to the hang.
