ROUND 1: Partner 1 does 40 KB swings Partner 2 holds a Handstand. Switch. If handstand is broken perform 5 burpees each before continuing ROUND 2: Partner 1 does 40 box jumps Partner 2 holds a 45lb/25lb plate overhead Switch. If overhead position is broken perform 5 burpees each before continuing ROUND 3: Partner 1 does 40 Situps Partner 2 holds the bottom of an (active) Squat. Switch. If squat position is broken perform 5 burpees each before continuing ROUND 4: Partner 1 does a 400m row/run Partner 2 holds a plank. Switch. If plank is broken, perform 5 burpees each when runner gets back before continuing Try not to rest too long/at all between rounds. Hold yourself to quality holds (plank, squat, etc)...nothing wrong with doing a couple burpees ;)
