-20 Reps of Wall Squats (Use med-ball for depth gauge)

(For the HSPU, choose an option that will take about a minute)

Super-Set x 3 Sets each
- Tempo DB Bench Press (3,3,X,2) x 8 Reps / build to moderate wt over 3 sets  (Do 1 warm-up set of 5 push-ups at tempo)
(With DB's at chest level explode up (X), then hold at lockout for 2 seconds (2), lower back to your chest for 3 seconds (3), hold at the chest for 3 seconds (3) before exploding up again.

- Dimmel Deadlift: x 12-15 Reps
Dimmel Deadlifts are basically a partial range of motion dead-lift with an emphasis on bar speed on the way up.
Use about 50% of your 1RM Deadlift and shoot for 12-15 reps for 3 sets

Metcon:
Tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest x 8 rounds)
Wall Balls
1 Min break
Pull Ups (Strict or Kipping / Sc. Jumping Pull-Up or Ring Row)
1 Min break
Cal Row / Bike

Take 3 Seconds to descend
Sit in the bottom for 3 Seconds
Explode out of the bottom.
Stand Tall at the Top for 2 Seconds

***This is not supposed to feel super heavy, we are thinking about positioning, getting deep and exploding up.
