Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes (6 Sets):
5-8 Seated Box Jumps
3-10 Plyo Pushups
Level 1: Wall Assisted
Level 2: Box Assisted (vary the height as necessary)
Level 3: Plyo on the Floor
Level 4: Plyo with Plates or Boxes
5 Rounds, AMR 3 Minutes:
12/10 Cal Bike or Row
10 Wall Ball 20#/14#
12 Oblique V-Ups (6 Each Side)
*1 minute rest between rounds. Score for total reps completed. 28 reps per round, no score for calories.
