2x Single Arm DB Thrusters 30#/20# (2,4,6,8, etc.)
125m Row or .2Mile Bike each round
*1:30 rest between 6 minute rounds. Score for total reps.
**DB Thrusters: Switch arms whenever you would like, but keep the reps even on each side.
***At the end of each 6 minutes, go back to 2 of each exercise and work back up.
