So here at Kraken Crossfit you may notice I will introduce you guys but so far you all are so awesome that you just take care of that! But I wanted you all to know that at the end of the day none of those things happen on their own or by some one else. They are all done by you! So last thing to think about. What do you do to thank yourself for making it into the gym and taking care of the things that build us up.
Do something this week that makes you happy. (Grab a beer with some friends, enjoy a night in or out and watch a movie(big hero 6 recommended), just relax in the bath or spa day. Recuperate before the craziness of the winter holidays go in to full effect.
