12 minutes to work up to a heavy 3-rep (TNG or no)
B. EMOM for 7 minutes- perform 1 power OR squat snatch at the above weight
Rx: (500m split time 1:55 or less)
Sc: (500m split time 1:56 or greater)
*partners can choose how they'd like to divide the meters, but both partners must row equal amounts.
