Rope Climbing (This is going to be interesting) WOD 15 MINUTE AMRAP 2 Rope Climbs 50 Sit ups 10 Back Squats 75/115 We will be meeting down by the water at the bathhouse. This Saturday January 31st we will be doing our WOD at 9 a.m. at Golden Gardens. The weather is supposed to be sunny and maybe a little brisk down by the water so wear some sort of sweats and bring water. Be ready to have some fun. Feel free to bring friends and family. Awesome way to bring in the month. You all are awesome athletes. Thank you for your trust. You guys did awesome pushing yourselves to do weights that are hard! So now we are going to come up on nutrition in February. Let's call it Healthy Foods February because, you can't out workout poor nutrition. So expect more posts on nutrition over the next month.
