(With a partner) BUY-IN: 800m run Then 3 rounds of 30 Thrusters 95/65 40 Burpees 50 Wallballs 20/14 CASH OUT: Farmer's Carry around the block (2x40#/2x25#) Both partners do the Buy-In and Cash Out, but other movements can be split in any fashion

I can definitely relate with all the things written on the whiteboard. As a fellow gym enthusiast, I know the pain of having to accomplish all these goals. It looks and feels tiresome. Most people tend to think that these are unattainable goals. However, to people like me, we do our best so that we can accomplish these goals. If you're not working hard enough, then you shouldn't even bother starting in the first place.
